ベリー加工品の商品開発
この夏は、農園開設準備でしたが、予定より多くのベリーが収穫でき、生果を販売しました。
来年は、さらに多くの樹にベリーを実らせることになるので、生果以外の販売もできないかと考えています。
第１弾として、イメージどおり商品化できたのが、自家製ブルーベリーと天然塩を使った、ベリーソルト「Blueberry Salt Kiss」

This summer, we were preparing to open our berry farm. But to our surprise, we harvested more berries than expected and sold them fresh.
Next year, even more of our trees will bear fruit, so we are planning to create new products as well as selling fresh berries.
Our first product is “Blueberry Salt Kiss” – a blend of our home-grown blueberries and natural sea salt.
